1. Who this is with

You're an independent contractor, not an employee. "The Creator" means both partners who appear on camera, treated as one party; one partner signs as the Creator's authorized representative. You handle your own taxes. Nothing here creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship.

2. The work

Make the videos Amora briefs, 15+ a week, on both platforms. You'll follow the format, scripts, hooks, and audios Amora provides (currently a couples-quiz format, which may change at Amora's discretion as the strategy evolves). Target: 15+ videos a week, each posted to both TikTok and Instagram. Reply to your comments and stay reachable on WhatsApp.

3. Accounts

The accounts are Amora's; you run them day to day.

• You create each account fresh on your own device, but register it with an Amora-provided email address and phone number as the login and recovery contacts, so Amora always holds the master access.
• You operate the accounts day to day and share the current login with Amora as backup. You'll keep that login current and won't turn on any setting that locks Amora out. Amora won't log in day to day.
• No major changes without Amora's okay: the handle, name, bio, branding, linking other accounts, adding other users, or running paid promotion.
• Any money an account earns, and any partnership or sponsorship offers it receives, belong to Amora. You won't accept outside deals on a program account.
• You won't post program content to your personal accounts without Amora's okay, and (because the accounts are in Amora's name) won't post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, or that breaks the platform's rules.
• If this Agreement ends, the accounts, their login, recovery email and phone, and all content stay with Amora permanently. You'll hand over full control (current credentials, recovery access, and removing your own devices or two-factor settings) within 7 days.

4. Content and usage rights

Amora owns everything you make for the program. That's worldwide and forever, including the right to edit it and run it as paid ads on any platform. Both partners grant Amora the right to use their name, likeness, and voice in that content.

5. Pay

$500 a month base, paid on the 10th and 25th, plus per-video bonuses.

You earn full base during your three-week warm-up. After that, your base for a week depends on how many videos you post that week:

Bonuses are paid on top, per video. A video's bonus is set by the highest views it reaches within 30 days of posting (only the highest tier applies), and paid on the next run after its 30-day mark:

Bonuses are uncapped (earn as many as you can) and are paid even in a $0-base week. Payment is by bank transfer only.

6. Staying on the roster

Keep your place on the roster by hitting the weekly target. The target is 15 videos a week, each posted to both TikTok and Instagram, and it begins after your three-week warm-up. If you then post fewer than 15 in two consecutive weeks, Amora may take you off the roster.

7. Term

Either side can end this anytime, with no notice. There is no fixed term. Your final payment, including any bonuses already earned on posted videos, goes out on the next pay run (the 10th or the 25th, whichever is first). When your work with Amora ends, you will promptly and voluntarily return the accounts, handing over the current login and recovery access, within 7 days (as in the Accounts section).

8. Exclusivity

No competing couples or dating apps while you're active. Other niches (beauty, fitness, food, lifestyle) are fine. This ends when you leave the program.

9. Confidentiality

Keep the playbook to yourself. The format playbook and program materials are confidential, during and after the program. You won't share them or pitch the format to other brands. Saying you do paid content for Amora is fine; the playbook isn't.

10. Indemnity

Cover Amora for problems caused by what you post. If a claim arises from content you posted or from breaking this Agreement, you'll cover Amora's reasonable costs. This does not apply to claims caused by the materials, scripts, or instructions Amora gave you.

11. Liability

Liability is limited, with the exceptions the law requires. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, neither side covers indirect or consequential losses, and Amora's total liability is capped at the amount Amora paid you in the three months before the claim.

12. Governing law and disputes

English law; disputes go to arbitration in London. This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. If a disagreement comes up, both sides first try to resolve it directly and in good faith. If that does not work, it is finally resolved by binding arbitration seated in London, in English, under the LCIA Rules.

13. Entire agreement

This document is the whole deal. It replaces any earlier discussions, messages, or promises, including anything said in DMs or email. This does not limit any liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

14. Severability

If one part fails, the rest still stands. Any invalid or unenforceable part is adjusted to the minimum extent needed to make it valid; everything else stays in full effect.

15. Signature

Signing means you've read and agreed. By drawing a signature, entering a full legal name, and clicking Sign, the signer confirms: they are 18 or older and able to work as an independent contractor; they are authorized to sign on behalf of the Creator (both partners); the partner named in the signing form has agreed to appear and to Amora using their name, likeness, and voice; and that this is their legal electronic signature.
