Working Together

What Studio handles automatically, what belongs in WhatsApp, and when to message us.

How we communicate. Read once, refer back if unsure.

What goes where

Amora Studio is the source of truth. Use it for:

  • Setup progress and both Amora app emails
  • Your current TikTok and Instagram handles (changing one updates tracking)
  • TestFlight, Creator Mode, warm-up, format, pay, and FAQ instructions
  • Live posting progress, views, bonuses, and upcoming payouts
  • Your unique bio link and the current Amora account to tag

WhatsApp is for exceptions, not routine setup. Message us for:

  • A payment issue after checking the Studio dashboard
  • A persistent verification, app, or account problem that the FAQ does not solve
  • A likely shadowban after following the three-post diagnostic
  • Personal schedule changes, health, travel, or anything private
  • Time-sensitive issues that genuinely block posting

Never send bank details or account passwords in WhatsApp. We respond within 24 hours, usually faster.

Check-ins

You do not need to report normal posting totals—the Studio tracks them automatically. Message us when the numbers look wrong, an account changes, or something unusual needs context. During onboarding, keep Start Here current instead of sending setup updates one message at a time.

If life happens

Exams, illness, travel, family stuff. Just tell us. We're reasonable. The only thing that bothers us is silence.

If you're going to miss a week of posting, message us on WhatsApp BEFORE the week starts (or as soon as you know). Single notification, no apology necessary, no detail required. "Off for a few days, back Monday" is perfect.

Silent disappearances are the only reason we take people off the roster fast. Communicate and we'll work with you on almost anything.

Confidentiality

The format playbook (the detailed brief) is confidential.

  • ❌ Don't share it with creators outside the Amora team
  • ❌ Don't post about the specific format on social
  • ❌ Don't pitch it to other brands

The high-level fact that you do paid content work for Amora is fine to share. The specific viral playbook is not.

Personal accounts

The content you make for Amora belongs to Amora. If you want to repost any of it on your personal accounts (or use a clip in a portfolio), ask first. We're usually fine with it, just want to coordinate.

Exclusivity

While you work with us, you can't run a similar gig for any other couples app, dating app, or relationship product. Other niches (beauty, fitness, food, lifestyle) are totally fine.

If another brand DMs you with a competing offer, screenshot it and send it to us. We want to know.

What we'll never do

  • Ask you to work without pay
  • Withhold owed payments
  • Punish you for one bad week
  • Treat you like a vendor instead of a teammate

If we ever do, call us out.
