Posting

Q: Do I send videos for approval before posting?

A: No. Post without waiting for approval. We watch the results and give feedback as you go.

Q: What if I only post on TikTok one day, not Instagram?

A: That video doesn't count toward your weekly total. Both platforms or it doesn't count. We made this rule because TikTok + IG together is where the real reach is. Single-platform posting roughly halves your bonus chances.

Q: Can I post the same video twice (with different captions) to boost views?

A: No. One post per video per platform.

Q: How fast should I respond to comments?

A: First 5 to 10 comments in the first 30 min after posting matter most for the algorithm. After that, no rush. Just keep up within a day or two.

Q: Can I use trending audio in my videos?

A: No. The format is no-music. Trust us on this. Silence is the production value.

Q: Can I post on weekends?

A: You can. Weekend engagement is slightly lower for our niche but not by much. Posting consistency matters more than which days.


Account

Q: What should the account name, photo, and bio look like?

A: Make it look like a real couple account, not an official Amora brand page. Use a personal couple name, a clear photo, and a natural bio. Your unique Amora link appears in Start Here after you save a handle.

Q: Which email do I use where?

A: Your personal emails are for your two Amora app accounts. The Amora-owned email and phone number we assign are for the TikTok and Instagram accounts. Never replace the social recovery details with personal ones.

Q: I changed or restarted a TikTok/Instagram account. How do I fix tracking?

A: Open Start Here in Studio and save the new public handle. Tracking switches automatically and the old handle is deactivated. Never send the account password in chat.

Q: I already run several accounts on this phone. Is that okay?

A: Tell us before setup if the phone already runs five or more accounts or created several recently. Avoid VPNs and repeated logins across devices. Those patterns can trigger verification or suppress a new account.

Q: My account got 50 views on a post. Am I shadowbanned?

A: Probably not. 50 views can just be a flop, especially in the first 2 weeks. If you get 3+ consecutive sub-50-view posts, that's the shadowban signal. Follow the troubleshooting steps in the warm-up guide and message us.

Q: My partner is sick / out of town. Can I do solo videos?

A: No. The format requires both of you. Skip the day, post 2 the next day, or batch-record when they're back. Communicate the gap on WhatsApp.

Q: Can I let my friend run the account when I'm busy?

A: No. Only you (the contracted couple) log into the account. This is in your contract.

Q: Why does TikTok keep showing me a verification check?

A: Normal for new accounts. Just complete it. If it persists, message us with a screenshot.


Format

Q: TestFlight asks for a redeem code. What do I do?

A: Open the Amora creator-build link instead of entering a code. Install or update Amora from that page, sign into your usual Amora account, then enable Creator Mode in Settings.

Q: Creator Mode is on, but quizzes are locked or show my old answers.

A: Update Amora in TestFlight and reopen it. Creator quizzes are replayable and should not preserve answers. If the newest build still fails, send a screenshot and the build number shown in TestFlight.

Q: I tried a hook and it flopped twice. Should I drop it?

A: Two flops isn't a pattern. Three is. If a specific hook flops 3+ times across different videos, move on.

Q: Can I freestyle the format if I have a good idea?

A: 90/10 rule. 90% locked format. 10% experiment if you've nailed the basics. Run experimental ideas by us first.

Q: My partner is camera-shy. Tips?

A: First few videos always feel weird. By video 10 to 15 it's automatic. Don't push for performance. Just get into a posting rhythm and the comfort comes naturally.

Q: Can I use AI tools for editing?

A: CapCut for editing is fine. AI faces / AI voiceovers / AI-generated content is NOT fine. TikTok's synthetic media detector flags these hard.


Pay

Q: How do I submit bank details?

A: Open Start Here in Amora Studio and complete Set up your payout. Enter the full legal name on the account, account number or IBAN, routing number or SWIFT/BIC, bank name and address, and payout currency. The card confirms when your details are saved. Never send bank details or passwords in WhatsApp.

Q: When does base get paid?

A: On the 10th and the 25th each month ($250 per run). You earn full base through your 2-week warm-up; from week 3 it's tied to hitting 15 videos a week.

Q: A video hit 100K. When do I get the $200?

A: Each video's bonus is finalized at its 30-day mark (the highest tier it reached in those 30 days), then paid on the next run, the 10th or the 25th.

Q: What if a video keeps growing after that?

A: The bonus is locked to the highest tier it reached in its first 30 days. Growth after 30 days is great for reach, but it doesn't change the bonus.

Q: Can I see a breakdown of what I earned?

A: Yes. Your Studio dashboard updates automatically, and each approved pay run has an emailed statement with the videos, view counts, and bonuses included.


Working together

Q: Is Amora Studio an App Store app?

A: It is a private website at tryamora.app/creators/login. In Safari, use Share → View More → Add to Home Screen to open it like an app. Your setup, instructions, tracking, earnings, and bio link live there.

Q: Another brand DM'd me a UGC offer for a dating app. Can I do it?

A: No. Exclusivity clause covers couples/dating/relationship products. Screenshot the offer and send it to us anyway. We want to know.

Q: I want to take 2 weeks off. Possible?

A: Yes, just tell us in advance. We pause your posting expectations during that time. We don't expect 52 weeks a year.

Q: What if I want to leave?

A: Tell us. No notice required. Your final payment goes out on the next run (the 10th or the 25th), and you return the accounts (handing over the login and recovery access) within 7 days. No hard feelings.

Q: What if you want me to leave?

A: Same thing in reverse. We'd never do it without a conversation first.
