How you get paid, when, and how to track your earnings.
The base salary
$500/month, paid in two runs each month, on the 10th and the 25th ($250 each).
You earn full base during your first three weeks (account warm-up), no matter how many videos you post. After warm-up, base is tied to weekly posting consistency:

Important: "1 video" = crossposted to BOTH TikTok and Instagram. A video that only exists on one platform doesn't count toward your weekly total.
The bonuses
Per video, on top of your base.

How bonuses work (read carefully):
- Locked at 30 days. A video's bonus is set by the highest tier it reaches in its first 30 days of posting. Growth after 30 days doesn't change it.
- Only the highest milestone hit applies. A 1M-view video earns $800, NOT $40 + $200 + $500 + $800 stacked.
- One bonus per video, calculated on the highest-performing platform's view count. We don't sum TikTok + Instagram views.
- Bonuses are uncapped. Earn as many as you can.
- Bonuses pay out even on a $0-base week. Consistency deductions only affect base, never bonuses.
When you get paid
Base: On the 10th and the 25th each month ($250 per run). You earn full base through your 3-week warm-up; the 15/week target kicks in after that.
Bonuses: Each video's bonus is finalized at its 30-day mark, then paid on the next run (the 10th or the 25th) after that. So a video posted May 1st is judged around May 31st and paid on the June 10th run.
How we pay you
By bank transfer. You'll give us your details when you sign the contract. We initiate payments from our end; no invoicing required.
How to track your earnings
We send you a simple summary each pay run via WhatsApp showing:
- Base earned this fortnight
- Videos that hit bonus milestones
- Total payout going out today
Keep your own count if you want (most creators do, it's motivating). View counts are visible to you on each platform's analytics dashboard.
Taxes
You're an independent contractor. You're responsible for declaring and paying your own income taxes in your country. We don't withhold anything and don't issue tax forms.
A few realistic notes
- Most videos won't hit any bonus tier. That's normal. It's a power-law business. Top creators have a viral hit every 2 to 4 weeks; the rest pay base.
- Your first month, you might earn closer to $500 to $1,000 total while the algorithm gets to know your account. By month 2 to 3, if the format clicks, you can clear $2,000 to $5,000+.
- We pay on time, every time. If a payment is ever delayed, message us immediately.
